  • Accounting information is kept whilst the account is active, and dormant (inactive) accounts are deleted after 3 years.
  • If we create an online publication using content you have supplied, you can request that we delete all copies when the task has been completed. On receipt of this request we will delete all supplied content from our systems  


After a publication has been converted, the presentation is made available to the client for approval online.

This copy can be password protected on request.

This copy is deleted when the publication has been approved or is no longer required.
